Digital Product Sales, Licenses, Updates & Data Responsibility

All Divergent Planner Co products are digital products. Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents the product from functioning substantially as described, please contact us at hello@divergentplannco.com within 7 days of purchase. We will make a reasonable effort to help resolve the issue. At our discretion, this may include troubleshooting support, a replacement file, an updated file, store credit, or a refund.

Product updates may be offered from time to time at our discretion. Purchase of a product does not guarantee lifetime updates, custom modifications, new features, or compatibility with future devices, browsers, operating systems, apps, or third-party platforms.

Many LiteFolio products store user-entered data locally in your browser and/or on your device. You are responsible for regularly backing up your data using the included backup/export instructions. Divergent Planner Co is not responsible for lost, deleted, corrupted, overwritten, inaccessible, or unrecoverable data, including data loss caused by browser storage clearing, device changes, software updates, user error, file deletion, reinstalling, or failure to create backups.

Your purchase includes a personal, non-transferable license for your own individual business use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, copy, publish, or otherwise transfer the product files, templates, code, structure, pre-filled content, or included materials to another person, platform, marketplace, group, membership, course, or shared drive.

Any pre-filled examples, templates, categories, denominations, rates, supplier/resource information, compliance notes, or business guidance included in our products are provided for general informational and organizational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to create useful resources, but we do not guarantee that pre-filled information is complete, current, legally compliant, or appropriate for your specific business, location, industry, or circumstances.

They do not provide legal, tax, accounting, licensing, medical, childcare compliance, real estate compliance, travel compliance, food safety, insurance, or other professional advice. Always consult the appropriate governing bodies, licensing agencies, professional advisors, accountants, attorneys, industry authorities, or official sources for requirements that apply to your business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divergent Planner Co is not liable for misuse of the product, user-entered errors, business decisions, missed deadlines, lost income, lost profits, lost opportunities, compliance issues, data loss, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
